In the satellite KALPANA-1 cloud imagery at 0900 UTC (1430 hrs IST) convective clouds are seen over east Arabian Sea, westcentral & southeast Bay of Bengal and parts of Andaman Sea. Low/medium clouds are seen over parts of Western Himalayan Region, central, east, northeast and Peninsular India.
Rain/thundershowers at most places over Coastal Karnataka and Kerala.
